We run several staffed/proctored sessions in the Keyboard Lab (243) each week to allow student to work on coursework assignment outside of classes. As such each year we hire a number of students to work scheduled weekly hours. The hours will depend on availability of the room and budgets. It is a paid role and as such there is a lot of interest each year. The main responsibilities are ensuring the room is kept safe and tidy and assisting where possible with supporting student technician queries. As such an element of technical knowledge is desirable in applicants.
