AV Support is handled by the Music Technology Technician and as such has to be scheduled in advance. Support would be dependant on the nature of the event, timing, date and confirmation from the Music Technology Manager that it’s something we will/should be covering.
If you require technical support onsite or offsite then please contact the Music Technology Technician (firstname.lastname@example.org) with an outline of the event, equipment needed, dates and schedule. Any technical setup will require adequate rigging and de-rigging time so please ensure you factor that in when booking the space.
To give an example, a stereo PA setup with a couple of mics would take around an hour to rig a test (depending on room/complexity) and at least 30 mins to de-rig.
