Data is added each month, and relates to the date that recordings take place, rather than the date that they are received by the AV Support team.
Targets
We aspire to upload all content as quickly as possible, and will aim to update this page with new data before the end of the first week of each month.
Our upload target time will be reviewed yearly, and is currently:
95% of recordings uploaded within 7 calendar days of recording date;
100% of recordings uploaded within 10 calendar days of recording date.
Please note that when calculating time between recordings date and upload date, weekends, bank holidays and library closures are included.
