Timeout: 120 seconds with no activity error
If you experience this error when uploading to eStream, please follow your choice of ONE of these 3 options:
- If your file is a recording that you are uploading from Zoom, you can re-upload it, but please select the MEDIA PROFILE dropdown lost, and select Zoom from list.
- OR: Contact AV Support via the Live Chat widget at the bottom of every page on this knowledgebase with the title of the recording you’ve uploaded, AND where the recording has come from (e.g. Zoom recording, handbrake optimisation, etc).
- Or: Optimise your file using Handbrake and upload this new file, ENSURING you select the “Copy Only” checkbox on the upload form. If you still experience the issue, please contact AV Support.
