Which computers have the Adobe Creative Suite installed?

  • Study Tables 1 – 6 in the Faculty of Dance Library
  • 3 x 27″ iMacs have been placed on study tables at the top of the library

How do I get started with Premiere, Photoshop, etc?

When you open an Adobe application for the first time on a given computer, you will be asked to log in with an Adobe ID.

If you already have an Adobe ID, go ahead and use it to log in – any preferences and Adobe cloud files tied to your account will apply to the creative suite in the Laban building too.

Note that unless you’re subscribed to Creative Cloud yourself, you will only be able to use the suite in the Laban building, on the workstations listed above.

What if I don’t have an Adobe ID?

When the application starts up and you are prompted to “Sign In”, follow the following steps:

  1. Click on the “Get an Adobe ID” link
  2. Fill in the form (please remember which email address you use and the password as you will need this information to log in on another device).
  3. Click the “Sign up” button

I am having problems logging in / Email confirmations aren’t arriving / I don’t want to make an Adobe ID / I am aged under 13*

If you are having issues accessing the Creative Suite applications, contact AV Support on 0208 305 9308 or avsupport@trinitylaban.ac.uk – with a day’s notice we can manually make you an alternative “Enterprise ID” login which will allow you to use the software without an individual Adobe account.

Details about the different types of Adobe accounts, and how your privacy & personal data is treated is available at https://www.adobe.com/uk/privacy/student-policy.html

*Adobe does not allow those under the age of 13 to have an Adobe ID due to data collection laws – they are however able to use an Enterprise ID.
